Le Nil Bleu is a family owned Ethiopian restaurant located in the heart of Lausanne's Marterey's neighborhood. It serves Ethiopian delicacies from Mondays to Saturdays in a warm and cosy surrounding.
We strive to provide a friendly and memorable experience to our customers. On our menu you will find traditional ethiopian dishes, such as Kifto (ethiopian steak tartare), vegetarian specialties served on Injera pancakes, and many other delicacies with exotic spices and Kibé.
